By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Services
Holiday House provides professional holiday light installation services. Our team of experts will install and maintain beautiful holiday lights, garland, and wreaths at your designated location. Holiday House provides a turn-key holiday service (installation and removal, maintenance, and storage) and owns all materials.
3. Privacy and Data Collection
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. When you use our services, we collect phone numbers and email addresses for internal company communications only. We do not sell or share any client data with third parties without your explicit consent.
4. Service Limitations
While we strive to deliver the best possible experience, please be aware that our services may be subject to certain limitations, such as weather conditions, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances that could impact the installation and maintenance of holiday lights. Client understands that although we try our best to provide you with an accurate timeframe, there is no set timeframe for the completion of services and several visits to the property may be required.
5. Pricing and Payments
Pricing for our services will be communicated to you during the consultation process. To secure an installation appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of the proposal. The remaining 50% of payment is due immediately upon completion of the installation. Additional charges may apply for customized requests or any changes made to the design after the agreement is finalized. Customers are responsible for replacing items damaged or lost due to vandalism or acts of nature, incurring an additional charge.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel services, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled installation date. There are no refunds of installation deposits.
7. Intellectual Property
Holiday House retains all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property associated with our business or services . This includes all website content, copywrite, and images. This also includes designs, images, or other creative elements provided by us for the installation. You agree not to reproduce, modify or distribute any such materials without our prior consent.
8. Limitations and Liability
While we take great care in our work, we will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
9. Governing Law
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
10. Changes to the Terms
Holiday House reserves the rights to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms on our website.
